YOUR TASKS
\n\nLiaise with suppliers and provide support to ensure the functionality and accessibility of all IT infrastructure, including network devices, server, and end-user equipment\nProvide first-level IT service support, answering hotlines and fulfilling services request\nManage all aspect of IT support services including server infrastructure and end user equipment (PC, printer, video conference, peripheral devices)\nDeploy and commission new telecom equipment such as network switch, firewall\nManage vendors’ service quality / performance that comply with GSOP as well as Local policies and regulations\nPrepare documentations for IT process, technical document, user training document, etc.\nKeep track of technological advancements and trends in IT support\nProvide onsite support at branch sites when required in non-office hour\n\n\n\nYOUR PROFILE\n\nDegree holder in Information Services or related disciplines. Diploma graduates with relevant solid experience in IT will also be considered\nMinimum 2 years of hand-on experience in I.T. support, networking, and field service\nKnowledge of networking technology such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, WLAN, Firewall\nHands-on troubleshooting skill\nKnowledge in cloud technology is an advantage\nHolders of Cisco certified qualifications is an advantage\nExperience in writing IT documentation and monitoring performance metrics\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with IT project management and foreign vendor liaison experience\nSelf-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently or in a team\nGood command of spoken and written English and Chinese\n\nOUR OFFER\n\nStrong career support in an international environment\nGreat culture and colleagues\nMultifarious benefit program\n\n
