Job Description

We are on the search of the Service Engineer to join our team at Home Comfort Department Bosch in Almaty.

Future tasks:

Expanding the network of authorized service centers.Singing new service contracts, acceptance of received services, service quality control, document flow control (incl. technical and payment documentation).Monthly warranty reporting and interaction with quality departments (manufacturers' plants), malfunctions analysis.Annual audit of the authorized service centers, monitoring the service policy KPIs (incl. staff training, stocks of spare parts, tools and corporate design).Participation in pricing and discount policies development for supplying spare parts.Control of electronic catalogs, interaction with corporate divisionsControl of the range and warehouse spare parts, cooperation with the logistics service.Management of complaints on after-sales service issues.Management of the return of defective spare parts of the quality department.Participation in projects aimed to improve the quality of after-sales service.

QualificationsHigher education in engineering fields3+ years of relevant experienceProduct knowledge will be an advantageStrong communication and collaboration skillsIndependence and professional responsibilityAdvanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point)Confidant level of English language (min B2+), both written and spoken
