What You Bring to the Table:

A background as a Technician or Engineer, with hands-on experience in international customer service for Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM). A completed qualification as an Electrician. Fluency in German or French as your native language, with strong skills in a second language (English, German, or French). You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy structuring workflows, and optimizing processes. A solution-driven mindset, always ready to help with a positive, can-do attitude.
