Job Description:

1. Responsible for on-site technical debugging support for welding business, and provide relevant work service reports. 负责焊接业务现场技术调试支持，并提供相关工作服务报告。。

2. Develop and optimize typical  welding application . 优化和发展焊接方面的典型应用。

3. Co-ordinate & support the sales to grow the market share and develop new concept and deliver them to customers. 协作和支持销售进行市场拓展，并提供客户完整解决方案

4. Customized training for end user and OEM . 针对设备制造厂家和最终用户的应用培训。

5. In-house technical training for other colleagues in the welding team in China. 为中国的焊接团队其他同事进行内部的技术培训。

6. Communicate China customer requirements to the technical departments in Headquartern 在中国用户需求与德国技术总部之间进行技术沟通。 

7. Collect market and competitor information in the target industry and submit relevant reports on a regular basis. 收集目标行业的市场及竞争对手信息，定期提交相关报告.

Job Requirement:

1.Bachelor and above, majoring in industrial techniques (welding or electromechanical  related Prefer) . 大学本科以上学历，工程技术专业毕业（焊接或机电相关专业更佳）.

2. Under 35 years of age.  35岁以下 .

3. Over 3 years working experience in welding or electromechanical field, automotive bodyshop welding or resistance welding machine manufacture background would be prefer.三年以上焊接或机电设备领域工作经验，最好有汽车白车身焊接或电阻焊接设备制造厂的工作背景.

4. Must be knowledgeable in resistance welding process and equipment. Electromechanical knowledge is a plus. 必须具备电阻焊接的设备和工艺知识，若具有一定的机电产品知识更佳.

5. Proficient in the use of AUTOCAD; Proficient in the use of 3D design software, such as SOLIDWORKS, UG, etc.; Proficiency in finite element analysis tools.  熟练使用 AUTOCAD；熟练使用三维设计软件、例如 Solidworks 、UG 等；熟练掌握有限元分析工具。

6. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit. 优秀的沟通能力和团队协作能力

7. Good English language capability(CET-6) and computer skills. 优秀的英语读写能力和计算机使用能力

8. Available to travel long-term business trips both domestically and abroad.能够适应国内外长期出差 .
