Service Engineer - France


About the role:
Responsible for extensive service activities in the area of PMC/Forming Fabrics in France for an international Fabrics and Rolls company.
Compensation package includes base salary, incentive/bonus and company car.

What you will do:
•    Trouble shooting and start-up service for PMC
•    Service measurements on paper machines
•    Data analysis, presentation, and discussion of results with clients
•    Support of the sales team in close cooperation with the respective sales engineer
•    Interface between sales, research and development and the application
•    if required, support in other sales areas

Must have:
•    Completed training as a papermaker or comparable qualification
•    Ability to work in a team and high flexibility
•    Proactive way of working and customer orientation
•    Knowledge of sales methodology would be an advantage
•    Knowledge of electronic media and software
•    Fluent in French and a good level in written and spoken English
•    Distinct technology and supportive mentality
•    Willingness to travel >70% (home office)
•    Work well in a team
•    Very good communication skills
•    Self-reliant and highly motivated
