Opportunity Overview
Creates and implements support plan for customer in conjunction with cross functional groups and customer maintenance team with objectives of reducing equipment downtime and maintenance cost. Perform system installation, PM, calibration, retrofit, training and troubleshooting. Escalates service problem and take ownership of problem until it is resolved. Provides technical expertise and value to customers. Provides answers to customer inquiries concerning system. Provides hardware development and consultation. More senior levels may provide recommendations/inputs into the next generation product development.
