Opportunity Overview
+ Creates and implements support plan for customer in conjunction with cross functional groups and customer maintenance team with objectives of reducing equipment downtime and maintenance cost.
+ Perform system installation, PM, calibration, retrofit, training and troubleshooting.
+ Escalates service problem and take ownership of problem until it is resolved.
+ Provides technical expertise and value to customers.
+ Provides answers to customer inquiries concerning system.
+ Provides hardware development and consultation.
+ More senior levels may provide recommendations/inputs into the next generation product development.

+ Degree in electronics engineering or related field.
+ Experience in working with customer in the semi test area is a plus.
+ Has a good working attitude and willingness to work.
+ Can work under higher pressure & deal with constant requirement changes.
+ Have testing or ATE experience will be a plus.
+ Fluent in English is a plus.
+ Having experience in handler/prober H/W docking integration will be a plus.
+ Flexible to support business trip as project requirement.
+ ATE experience with on site support at OSAT will be a plus.
