A brilliant position has now become available for a talented Technical/Industrial Sales Engineer who has a passion for people, hunting for new business and delivering outstanding, best in class' customer service.

You will join this already hugely successful business, which has a huge market share servicing the various industry’s with their hydraulic products. You will be responsible for looking after clients and hunting for new sales opportunities with clients based in Thailand  which you will be servicing from Rayong. This role is based in Rayong permanently and you will be expected to visit your clients within Thailand, you  may have to travel to Europe occasionally.

Building rapport, developing trust and delivering effective technical/industrial solutions to your clients is of paramount importance, so we are looking for an effective people person' who has a passion for industrial products within a technical capacity. You will be given product training and excellent support with this organization.

Candidates from a Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Fluid Transfer or Lubrication Product background will be highly regarded; however, this specific industry knowledge is not essential as long as you have worked with products which fit within the technical or industrial product portfolio. Most importantly, it is essential that you possess and demonstrate excellent technical ability along with a keen attitude to learn and develop your own knowledge with this product range.

Job DescriptionIn- house repair: hydraulic components, pumps, motors and valves, according to described procedures and manuals, including testing of repaired equipment.Investigation and analysis damage parts to find root causePrepared repairing spare part list, in co-operation to back office team for quotation preparation and delivery.Assisted in field service upon request for commissioning of new installations, executed maintenance contracts or troubleshooting.To plan and provided product workshops, trainings, and presentations for both internal and external customersHands-on practices is the high priority but regardless of gender M/F/XAble to work at Bosch Rexroth Amata City Industrial Estate Rayong, work at office 5 days and sometimes support on site for service jobsAble to work in high temperature, dirty or odors in environment

Qualifications

Education: Diploma/High vocational Certificate/Bachelor degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering.

Work Experience: Preferable previous working experience 3-5 years in field service/ service repairing or service support position: strong understanding or experience in hydraulics components and systems.

Electrical components,electrical cabinets, on site project planning expertise is an advantage.

Languages: Intermediate to fluent level in both spoken and written English and Thai.

Hardware / Software Skills: Good business communication skills, technical know-how, presentation. Ability for interacting with engineering and technical personnel, as well as purchasing.

Characteristics: Positive attitude and responsiveness towards customers, winning mindset and team spirit, independent, versatile, entrepreneurial mindset and good problem solving at technical, commercial, and operational level. Exceptionally strong technical aptitude and willingness to embrace promotion of Bosch Rexroth products in multiple technologies, solutions and services.
