Your Role
-Provide Technical supports to customers/ dealers.
-Groom and support dealer service team
-Dealer Team management – guidance and Support for service requests, Stock recommendation & ensuring adequate stock at dealer end basis installed units.
-Capable of conducting in house training for our key customers and distributors
-Ensure Total customer satisfaction & generate feel good factor, Practice existing tools for ensuring customer satisfaction/ Develop new.
-Coordination with Product specialist, Share product quality feedback & suggestions.
-Effective utilization of PTS systems – DMS, WOL,MOL,QLINK,POWERCONNECT, FLEETLINK ,MAM2 etc.
-Support product companies / marketing for new product trails.
-Identify Nonservice Taking customers & Educate benefits of availing Genuine services & spares.
To succeed, you will need
-Relevant experience of 3-5 years experience in service of Compressor/Heavy Earth Moving/Engine/Construction Equipment Industries.
-Dealer Management experience
-Problem solving skills -Eye for In-depth details & Root cause analysis
-Basic understanding of spare parts business
