Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and highly experienced individual to join us as a Service Engineer-Team Leader. This is an ongoing full-time opportunity based at our Head Office in Clayton and may involve occasional international, interstate and regional travel

Position responsibilities will include:

Operating as Team Leader for a team of Service Engineers and Technicians for delivering warranty, service, spare parts, and solutionsAssisting with capacity planning, performance management and professional development of service teamEnsure technical expertise in section is developed/adjusted to meet future business requirementsProviding warranty services in Australia for former Power Tec and Solar products.Managing service requirements for BAMS warranty, services & spare partsAssisting with quotation of spare parts, service, hotline and small projects.

Qualifications

We are looking for a conscientious professional with the ability to work across multiple business units, manage diverse topics and priorities, establish effective relationships across all levels of an organisation.

To be considered for this position you are required to meet the following criteria:

Electrician A Grade license required.A degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field Technically experienced in special purpose machinery design and build.Demonstrated SAP and basic project management experience is desirable. Capable of presenting sales awareness, production/ Service support experience is desirableDesirable to have quality system and production process awarenessGood communication skills and ability to work well both in a team and independentlyMust be customer focused.Must have a valid Australian driving license.Proficient in MS Office suite.
