Your expertise will shape the next generation of hardware experiences, delivering unparalleled performance, efficiency, and integration. + Lead the execution of service strategies related to New Product Introduction (NPI) product development of Consumer Hardware (HW) Service Operations and provide product technical support. + Work closely with cross-functional teams in understanding customers requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide products design for repairability and serviceability. + Identify and implement opportunities for NPI service improvement and setting product design for serviceability/ repairability goals. + Apply Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) fundamentals and collaborate with teams to help them in understanding and applying RCCA tools and principles and analyze failure to resolve issues. + Drive process design, optimization, and qualification activities of a manufacturing process for a component, part, or product.
