Client in Lake Charles is seeking a Service Entry Analyst to join their team for a long-term contract. Ideal candidates will have some professional experience with Data-Entry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Create service entries for timely payments. Monitor email and SAP VIM system. Highlight invoice discrepancies. Facilitate service entry approvals. Adjust purchase orders with procurement. Resolve invoice issues. Assist with SAP HR processes. Improve service entry processes. Update Outline Agreements. Ensure compliance with policies. Build stakeholder relationships. Resolve GR/IR issues quarterly. Conduct necessary analysis.

 

Job Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma or higher. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

5+ years with High School diploma or 3+ years with Bachelor's degree. SAP experience preferred.
