Service Executive - NZ Branch Service Hub
Service Executive Are you looking to get into financial services and wanting to put analytical and leadership skills to the test. What the mahi will look like As the Service Executive you oversee the day to day operational support, working closely with the Service management on performance and client delivery. Some of your responsibilities will include: + Coach and guide members within the team + Identify areas of improvement across processes and service delivery + Support clients, insurers across the renewal process Skills and experience that will lead to success You’ll be a natural communicator who understands how to tailor to the situation, whether it be face to face, over the phone or through written correspondence. Ideally you will come from an insurance background, and someone who is strong in data entry and numbers.
