Service/Experience Designer for Digital Transformation

Are you a designer with a track record of designing meaningful experiences for large scale and complex businesses? Do you enjoy deeply understanding user and business needs, rapidly iterating concepts with users, and then implementing them with technology partners? Do you want to play a key role in transforming our firm into an AI powered and client centric organization?
We're looking for a Service or Experience designer to:
• Drive the Front to Back Digital Transformation agenda of the Wealth Management (WM) division with design as an enabler
• Deeply understand the jobs-to-be-done and motivations of WM Clients and Advisors
• Maintain a good understanding of WM products and solutions and how they bring value to our clients
• Work closely with markets and business SMEs to understand business needs, identify opportunities and use design to drive desired business outcomes
• Develop design patterns for cutting edge technology such as Generative AI so they can add value throughout WM journeys
• Rapidly iterate designs with users using tools such as journey maps, service blueprints or sacrificial concepts
• Facilitate co-creation sessions to create a common vision, leverage expertise and be an advocate for user-centered design
• Influence platform prioritization decisions to maximize positive impact to our users jobs-to-be-done and business goals
• Work closely with engineers to deploy quality solutions in production at scale and execute design work with a high level of polish
• Rally stakeholders around design metrics and goals and present your work effectively with clear design rationale on how they address pain points, value levers and opportunities
