We are currently seeking an experienced commercial roofing Service Field Supervisor in Richmond, Va.

Reporting to the Service Manager, this position will supervise multiple service crews. This position will also be responsible for doing pre-job inspections, planning jobs for service crews and working closely with the Warehouse Manager in ordering materials for jobs.

Candidate Qualifications:

A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is requiredRequires excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical and problem solving skillsLeadership, management and project management skillsOrganizational and time management skillsComputer and Microsoft Office SkillsCapability of reading blueprints and understanding them is a plus3 years of customer service experience requiredExperience with: EPDM, BUR, FOAM, METAL, ACRYLIC, TPO, PVC and/or SHINGLESCommercial Roofing experience is a MUST
