Serves as a control enhancement to ensure appropriate coverage to generate the daily funding files, reconciliation, and authentication of dealer payments on behalf of the assistant funding manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Produce, review and deliver daily the funding schedules to Finance. 2. Reconcile and balance previous day business for TFC accounts, dealer advances, dealer advance and Debit Returns. 3. Manage large account funding and rebate programs e.g., Home Depot, Lennox, ABBY, EGIN etc. 4. Reworks files from Funding Analysts following finance adjustments and for Dealer Advance Repurchase. 5. Partner and provide support to the Dealer Concierge team related to ACH file research and review for dealer funding files. 6. Prepare Dealer Advance Funding and all third parties funding packages. 7. Produce and distribute monthly production funding projections to senior leadership daily. 8. Assist in analyzing team performance. 9. Assist in reviewing time off for team. 10. Review funding leadership queue with IT and collaborate on enhancement efforts. 11. Work with the IT team to discuss changes or improvements to Auto Fund as needed. Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Minimum five years of loan funding experience 3. Knowledge of consumer financing 4. Ability to read and understand executed consumer loan documents 5. Strong administrative experience 6. Ability to work in a team environment 7. Ability to input data accurately and quickly while on the phone 8. Basic knowledge of computer applications like Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications: 1.
