Responsibilities: + Schedule appointments & welcome the client when they arrive + Porter responsibilities as needed will be required + Determine the nature of the client’s visit & escort the client to the appropriate department/area + Provide information to personnel regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide the highest level of service + Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary + Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas Qualifications: + Communication skills – communicate effectively with others + Valid Driver's license is required. + Time Management – ability to manage one’s own time + Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence Pay Scale: The estimated hourly earning range for this position is $20-$23 hourly.
