Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to operate in a service and repair capacity. You will be responsible for responding to various service orders and maintaining the overall integrity of corporate office buildings, medical facilities, and retail spaces. This role involves a variety of duties related to troubleshooting HVAC and electrical systems and repairs.

ResponsibilitiesRespond to service orders in a timely and professional manner.Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and refrigeration.Perform duct work and control repairs.Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs.Perform preventive maintenance for facilities.Maintain the integrity of corporate office buildings, medical facilities, and retail spaces.Essential SkillsProficiency in HVAC troubleshooting and repairs.Experience with refrigeration systems.Knowledge of duct work and control systems.Electrical and mechanical repair skills.Preventive maintenance experience.Minimum of 7 years of experience working with industrial/commercial facilities and HVAC systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsCandidates should own all of their own hand tools; specialty tools will be provided by the company.Must have a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work environments will vary daily, as you will be called to different facilities such as corporate office buildings, medical buildings, schools, and retail buildings. Our culture values employees who are presentable, consultative with customers, and comfortable working independently. You will be part of a team of roughly 60 technicians but will mostly work alone, driving a company vehicle to worksites. The dress code includes company-provided uniforms, a short sleeve button-down shirt, and lace-up boots (steel toes are not required). The standard work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $44.00/hr.
