YOUR TEAM

You will be joining a dynamic team of 15 colleagues with diverse backgrounds in Back Office Support and Inside Sales. Your team is passionate for performance and delivering state of the art Service to our internal customers all over the globe.

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Service Inside Sales Specialist, your main goal will be to maximize service revenue in defined countries or regions by selling Service contracts. You will be the main contact for Service contracts and service business on an operational level. You will be assuring their alignment with service processes and strategies and will help increasing their efficiency.

 

Main objectives:

Sales: Proactively approach customers, respond to incoming opportunity requests, and initiate direct contact with customers in order to sell our Service products. Working towards individual sales target by meeting KPI’s and providing goal settings and action plans.Business development: Negotiate/develop/maintain service programs.Sales-related administration: Analyze data and prepare for customer calls. Update sales templates and worksheets, create customized quotes and/or offers, accurate contract entry to ensure correct revenue allocation.Maintain market understanding through regular calls with your customers and your colleagues on fields (service & sales). Proactively provide market insight to your team.Country-related administration: collaborate with the country (service) manager and team to determine priorities and new market opportunities.
 

WHO ARE YOU

Bachelor’s degree requiredFull professional proficiency in English and one of the Nordic languages1-2 years of experience in salesYou are sales driven, customer focused and have affinity for administrationYou can easily shift your priorities to meet any situation and make smart decisionsDriven to win, highly organized and independently workingDemonstrated ability to build and leverage partnerships
 

WHAT TO EXPECT:

A start salary between €3200,- and € 4000,- gross monthly based on 40 hours8% holiday pay, a 13th month and a yearly bonus34 days of leave, of which 5 are used for days the office is closedA good pensionPlenty of challenges and opportunities to learn and to develop yourselfAn inspiring and demanding setting(International) career opportunitiesYou start with a contract for one year.
