**Service Launch Manager (m/f/d)**
The Service Launch Manager (m/f/d) is part of the global **Customer Service & Success organization** and is based in Bensheim. This role plays a critical role in bringing innovative products and services to the market. A great service experience is crucial for high customer satisfaction and therefore for a successful product launch. In this role, the Service Launch Manager (m/f/d) coordinates all required launch activities to ensure excellent service operations for new products and solutions at launch.
**Your Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinate new product and solution launch projects to ensure excellent service operations in a complex environment at the time of launch
+ Work in a role of high visibility and with high impact towards successful product launches and business growth
+ Develop and establish a global service launch structure with cross-functional team input for a broad range of products and solutions
+ Take responsibility for service launch management and interconnected activities to deliver on launch timelines
+ Continuous iteration of the process in collaboration with GBUs
+ Lead stakeholders within the launch process, drive cross-functional team engagement and commitment
**Your Profile:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Science, or similar qualification
+ Several years of professional experience with demonstrated success in project management, product management or release/launch management roles
+ Experience in the field of service with medical/dental devices
+ International work experience
+ Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and achieving exceptional results, experience in service and agile development environment is a plus
+ Excellent University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Science, or similar qualification
+ Strong team player & leading skills resulting in the ability to drive cross functional team performance
+ Strong communication (written and verbal) and relationship building skills
+ Strong organizational & strategic thinking and engagement in corresponding discussions and decisions
+ High level of engagement, transparency & accountability
+ High level of analytical and conceptual skills as well as strong entrepreneurial mindset
+ Well-organized and efficient, combined with hands-on mentality
+ Has led own workstreams, proven track record optimizing operating procedures
+ Fluency in English, German is a plus
+ Willingness to travel globally (per business needs)
