Service Line Supervisor - RN (Women's Health Specialty Clinic)

Our team of providers include primary care, OBGYN, Urogynecology and mental health services from University of Minnesota Physicians to offer services in a unique woman-centered environment. Our clinic is conveniently located on University of Minnesota Medical Center campus – West Bank. Our physicians and advance practice providers, who also serve as faculty at the University of Minnesota, are specialists in women’s health, focusing on the whole person and making use of appropriate therapeutic approaches and disciplines so you can reach your goal of achieving optimal health and well-being.

The Service Line Supervisor, RN is responsible for managing the operations of designated clinical staff. Provides work flow direction and management that is consistent with achieving department and organizational objectives. Other duties include achieving coordination, consistency, and integration in the operation of the clinic site, assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, assisting in strategic planning and budgeting, and leading and/or participating in improvement projects/teams.

This role will be working along side team members giving real time education and feedback in the clinic. Areas include Front Desk, Rooming team and the clinic RN’s. Many other duties as covered in the job description.

What you will do as a Service Line Supervisor, RN:

Actively supports the recruitment, orientation, and promotes the engagement of all clinical staffProvides guidance to ensure performance management aspects such as mentoring, coaching, individual development etc. are in place and holds staff accountable to expectationsWorks collaboratively with leadership and other organizational partners to ensure efficient and safe day to day operations of the site(s)Anticipates and responds to physician/provider staffing needs and assures that support staff are appropriately scheduled to maximize efficiency, access and patient demandCollaborates with leadership to help collect data through use of reporting in order to analyze, forecast, plan and direct clinic operationsPromotes, supports and participates in process improvement, quality initiatives, and innovation

What you will need:

Associate's (ADN) or Bachelor's (BSN) Degree in NursingCurrent Minnesota RN License1-2 years of demonstrated leadership (Lead) experience along with clinical rooming experienceBLS Certification

Location: Women's Health Specialty Clinic - 606 24th Ave S., Minneapolis, MN 55454

Hours: 0.8 FTE (Monday-Friday)

Compensation:

75,525.00 - 117,063.00 USD Annual
