This position is great for people who are new to the automotive industry. Working as our Service Lot Porter, you will get significant exposure to how a dealership and service department operates. Many of our Service Lot Porters become Technicians and Advisors. The ideal candidate is reliable with great customer service skills.

 

Service Lot Porter Job Responsibilities

Perform check-in inspections of vehicles on the service drive and park them in designated areas. Pull vehicles up and deliver them to guests upon completion. Provide quality customer service to guests. Perform other duties as needed to help support the Service team. Maintain an orderly appearance of vehicle displays. Clean and fuel vehicles for customer handover. Assist service advisors as necessary. Perform other duties as needed to help support the Sales team.
