Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Service & Maintenance Coordinator located in Kendal, Castle Mills, England.

Reporting to the Service and Maintenance Team Manager, the Service & Maintenance Coordinator role involves managing customer and subcontractor orders, overseeing the CPS works calendar, writing reports, ordering parts, coordinating site access for engineers, handling fault calls, and performing other operational duties as needed.

What a typical day looks like:

Processing customer and subcontractor ordersManaging the works calendar & booking service visitsReport writing and site work analysisOrdering parts and consumables as necessaryArranging site access for engineers & undertaking briefingsManaging fault calls and warranty issuesUpdating systems accordingly Ensuring any other operational duties are undertaken as and when necessary

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Self-Motivated and organisedAccuracy and attention to detail. Be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skillsAbility to interact with other disciplines and work as part of a team or independently as required.Good level of numeracy and literacy skills.Proficiency in the day to day use of Microsoft based operating systems (Outlook / Word / Excel).The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and possess the ability to manage priorities, working accurately to deadlines in a busy and pressurised environment.
