NTT DATA Services is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of customers. We are currently recruiting for the role of Enterprise Tools and Service Management Technical Architect to join our Global Solution Design Team.
The Technical Architect (TA) combines subject matter expertise and business/sales acumen in one or more functional service areas. Typically, there are multiple TA’s working with one or more Principal Architects (PA) to execute the solutions design process by creating and certifying the most appropriate business and technical solution during new business pursuits. The TA works with an opportunity pursuit team to perform due diligence and verify accuracy of the business and technical solution. The TA develops the projected costs, assumptions, risks with mitigations, timelines, and labor requirements etc. to deliver a specific scope of work using standardized cost models, service definitions, service level expectations, service catalog, reference architecture, and timeframes. The TA reviews and certifies service proposals, supports initial due diligence and transition handover activities. The TA is expected to articulate the NTT DATA Services value during presentation of solution materials to the customer during pre-award orals and in deal negotiations. The TA will be capable of performing expanded responsibilities for opportunities like a PA in a single solution area pursuit focused within their respective technical area of expertise.

In this role, the Enterprise Tools and Service Management Technical Architect will be responsible for:
Tower-Specific Required Skills
In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Tools, Service Management, ITIL concepts, best practices, and methods Experience in tools like BMC, ServiceNow, Monitoring, Service Management Reporting tools, etc. Experience architecting and designing automation tools focused on infrastructure managed services automation and their optimization Deep understanding of creating a scope of work, bill of material and design of Enterprise Tools and their integrations with the others Relationship building skills to effectively present ideas and issues to different levels within and outside of the organization, to include leadership, customers, etc. Ability to remain current on Process and Enterprise Tools industry trends, tools, techniques, and procedures Able to analyze applications and process against common industry benchmarks Experience with Service Management and Governance
Requirements
Presents problem analysis and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner 8-10 years of relevant experience in Customer Care ITIL Certification required Solid verbal and written communication skills Solid ability to create, maintain and document presentations and other sale related documentation Bachelor's Degree in related fieldAbout NTT DATA
