Service Manager

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

•Manage SSP (Select Service Provider) development planning and skill to meet customer requests.
•Manage product repair and maintenance system and standard procedure.
•Leading researching products application issues and quick solution requested by customer.
•Leading service engineer to prepare troubleshooting and maintenance manual and update. 
•Develop and implement strategic and service goals to ensure efficient daily operations. 
•Monitor the team's performance indicators, uphold service safety protocols, and uphold quality standards. 
•Recruit, train, and upskill team members to enhance service capabilities.
•Efficiently manage resources and address challenges.
•Handle additional assignments as assigned by the manager.
•Collaborate with management on budget management and cost control.

Who You Are: 

•Service Business Provision and support: Establish service system, support STO business. ensure quickly, correct and effective solution to customer. 
•Problem Solving: Quick and accurate respond from customer's question, swiftly addressing customers’ urgent issues.
•Service Technical development: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer from all industry.
•Resource Coordination and development: Efficiently managing resources and addressing challenges. This involves overseeing people, machinery, materials, methods, and processes. 
•Smooth Operations: to ensure Quickly solution. And You’ll enhance processes and procedures while meeting customer expectations in terms of cost-effectiveness. 
•Capability and Capacity Development: Continuously enhancing service new capabilities 
and capacity.

For This Role, You Will Need:

•Bachelor or above of Electric automatization & Instrument, mechanical engineering, Automation or related engineering subjects. 
•Minimum 5 years’ experience, instrument & mechanical equipment work experience.
•valve manufacturing or related field. Especial the experience of calibration and maintenance control valve is preferred.
•Outstanding interpersonal skills and effective leadership abilities.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

•Strong team leadership skills and customer orientation.
•Experience at Petrochemical instrument will be an advantage. 
•Good computer operation, communication skills. 
•High learning capacity and good business understanding
•Able to deliver quality results.
