As a Generator Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the service and maintenance of generators for our customers. Your role will involve managing a team of technicians, coordinating service schedules, and ensuring timely and efficient resolution of generator-related issues. Our company is a leading provider of generator solutions throughout Iowa, Nebraska, the Dakotas, Kansas and Missouri, serving a wide range of industries such as construction, healthcare, hospitality, and telecommunications. We pride ourselves on delivering reliable and efficient generator services to our clients, and as the Generator Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to excellence. Reports to: PC Manager Minimum Qualifications: · Minimum of 5 years of experience in generator service · Strong technical knowledge of generators and their components · Excellent leadership and team management skills · Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer locations as needed Preferred Qualifications: · Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service · Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment · Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members Working Conditions: This is a warehouse work environment which may include lifting, standing and possible extreme heat/cold conditions. You will work around electricity and other potential hazards requiring appropriate safety equipment and practices at all times.
