Posh Services (an acquisition of Rentokil Initial), has a great opportunity for a Service Manager to join our team in Sydney on a full time permanent basis.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing and developing a team of Service Technicians to ensure quality delivery of service, effective stock management, compliance and customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities in this role include:

Assist the Plantscape Consultant on bespoke designs and deliver on the project installation Implement the regional annual operational plan Assist in managing the on-site igloo through stock ordering and following the Plant Health and Hygiene process A hands-on approach to Coach, mentor and train the Service Team to achieve targets. Monitor and review service and installation productivity rates, seek improvement and continually improve productivity, year on year. Conduct regular quality audits of specified client base and premises. Ensure Company service practices are met and identify opportunities to improve service standards. Ensure service efficiency is optimised through tools and technology available. Ensure the team’s company vehicles are maintained in a safe, reliable and clean condition. Proactively resolve customers’ issues. and develop and maintain long term customer relationships.

It is expected that the successful candidate will have:

2 or more years of leadership experience Experience with Service planning or project management Prior experience working within the Plant Hire or horticulture industries (Preferred) High level of communications and commercial experience  The drive to lead by example to set a high standard of customer service and standards Service complaint resolution The drive to lead by example to set a high standard of customer service

The successful candidate must be able to pass pre-employment medical, reference & police checks and be fully vaccinated.
