The Service Manager has end-to-end responsibility for the technology, costs and quality of a set of IT services, including the support and management of service development, service sourcing, service transition and the continuous improvement.
You will
Take ownership over Security, Compliance and Reporting Processes. Act as Single Point of Contact for the entire department for Service Management related activities. Create opportunities for synergies across the various applications by leading Service Management Processes. Support Risk Management and Remediation Activities Processes. Ensure stable and efficient operation of services including availability, capacity of services. Support with cost and revenue management, financial tracking and reporting. Guide technical teams in process implementations and continuous improvement.
Your skills
Qualification:
University degree (Bachelor or equivalent), preferably in business administration with a focus on information technology.
Knowledge:
Agile Project Management in IT area; Scrum Skills of advantage. Proven Stakeholder Management across several business levels. Very good skills with MS Office Suite. Service Management experience in at least 2 different areas (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Risk, Configuration, etc.). Fluent in English. Conversational level of German (nice to have)
Skills:
Driving budget and cost-effective planning and design. Process and project management, ITIL training or certification desirable. Continuous learning willingness and ability in a fast-moving environment. Ability to exchange ideas and information effectively in a concise and logical way. A highly independent and persistent way of working.
Experience:
5+ years of professional experience, notably in the IT domain. Used to and willing to work in and with Agile teams.Your benefits:
