Service Manager Commercial RoofingFlynn Group of Companies Barrie, ON A Day in the Life:Build and expand the Flynn brand within the local marketBuild relationships and partnerships with local customersAttend networking events and customer meetingsOversee financials and budgets and manage workflow of invoicing/accounts receivablesQuotes for maintenance, repairs, and mechanical upgradesScheduling, alignment, and time management of field crewsDispatch calls to field technicians, providing all necessary job information prior to their arrival on siteOrder and manage Service Inventory, material best practices, and safety equipment distributionMonitor quality, safety, and training requirements through regular visits to project sites
Here’s what you bring to the table:5-7 years’ experience in a Construction environment; Service Roofing experience is considered an asset.Ability to develop and maintain strong relationshipsEntrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the businessStrong management, delegation, planning and leadership skillsStrong communication, organization, multi-tasking and problem solving skillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCAD)
