This pivotal role involves supporting field sales, addressing technical customer inquiries, managing application engineering for installation costs, and ensuring local operations sustain equipment reliability post-installation.** **The ideal candidate will have Heavy Industrial Project Management experience. Piping and Processing System experience** **.** **This highly technical role will require the person to think critically and creatively.** **We offer a complete benefits package that includes Flex Time Off, health, dental, vision, investment savings plan, and** **other miscellaneous** **benefits.** **Responsibilities:** **Ensure financial objectives are met through effective cost and revenue management.** **Work closely with the application engineering team to provide feedback and input on highly complex projects to ensure safety, constructability, and maintainability.** **OSHA 40 safety course for construction and the ability to secure a Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC) is required** **Ensures projects are executed on time, on budget and utilize company resources in an efficient manner** **Utilize strong project cost estimation skills to drive profitability.** **Cultivate a culture of safety and responsibility regarding company assets.** **Lead proactive customer and employee management initiatives, emphasizing safety, interpersonal skills, and effective leadership.** **Foster innovation, accountability, and empowerment within the team.** **Maintain agility in resolving customer issues promptly.** **Provide strategic oversight and operational direction.** **Make autonomous decisions impacting divisional and cross-functional goals.** **Direct commercial teams to achieve service center objectives.** **Potentially supervise sales and other commercial colleagues, demonstrating leadership in communication, collaboration, people development, diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and innovation.** **Qualifications:** **Education:** **A bachelor’s degree is preferred; equivalent military or industry experience is considered in lieu of a degree.** **Experience:** **Ability to obtain necessary customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, Hair Follicle Test, etc.).** **Preferred experience in industrial or commercial process water.** **Clean driving record required.** **5-7 years of technical work experience or 3 years of industry-specific experience.** **Travel:** **Assigned Personally Assigned Vehicle (PAV) for professional use.** **40%-60% travel depending on division & location (overnight stays, away from home)** **Driving Requirements:** **Must meet Driver Application for Employment standards.** **Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), Driver Disclosure and Release, Employee Applicant Drug and Alcohol Statement.** **Job postings will include a wide salary range, with each role's pay falling within that range.
