Job description :
For our customer in the industrial equipment / construction sector, we are looking for service manager who will be managing the after-sales service workflow, ensuring compliance with standards, policies, and operational practices. Responsibilities include preparing accurate quotes, monitoring revenue and expenses, and conducting on-site inspections to resolve technical issues. The manager also oversees employees, evaluates their performance, and develops and manages the annual budget.
Skills and qualifications :
Required Experience:
5-7 years of progressive experience in service and management, including 3 years in the heavy equipment industry. Commitment to workplace health and safety. Proven ability to organize work, set priorities, and deliver exceptional customer service.Key Qualifications:
Effective communication with clients and employees. Ability to work on or around heavy equipment. Proficiency with computer systems and productivity tools. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Apply
