Reporting to the Country Manager the Service Manager is responsible for leading the service team, the service department, and the Customer Service approach for Videojet in México. Central to the role is the ability to engage teams and people at all levels and deliver excellence to our customers. This person will be located in CDMX and will work hybrid.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Run and be accountable for the Service P&L and technical stock Provide support and leadership to the Project Managers ( PMs ). Coach PMs on field in complex scenarios Guide the Service Department's strategies to achieve short and long-term objectives Align the Organization and People with Country's Vision & Mission Be responsible for the customer's critical issues Holistic daily business priorities alignment with functional leaders Service dispatch support for planning activities Use the Veralto Enterprise System to improve processes, build standard work, and achieve a more effective and efficient organization. 

The essential requirements of the job include:

Education and skills 

Engineering degree, ideally with a Master of Business Administration certificate. Fluency in both written and spoken english and SpanishExcel AdvancedERP knowledge (desired Oracle)Knowledge of a CRM (preferably Salesforce) would be advantageousInventory managementMust possess a strong sense of accountability, responsibility, and work ethics High commercial acumen and experience of being responsible for a P&L A high degree of customer focus. Good technical competence, able to translate technical requirements and technical product specifications to all  Good problem-solving & continuous improvement approach Successful team management in a complex “matrixed” organization Able to delegate where necessary, to coach and develop people Knowledge of the Coding & Marking Industry is an advantage Ability to prioritize and to work on both long term and short-term projects
