About Us

Nash Pune is part of Ingersoll Rand PFT division, we sell Pressure Flow Technology products in India and external countries.

Job Summary

Product Support Manager Vacuum & Blowers is required to plan, structure, develop and achieve the Service Target of Nash Team. He will be responsible for timely resolution of Customer Complaints and increase of Customer Satisfaction index,  Service Revenues by selling AMC/CMC/ Rental products to end user.

 

Responsibilities

Contacting Old and new customers for Service Revenue Initiatives by offering AMC/CMC/Rental Finalizing quote with Customers and converting it into the PO. Timely Customer complaints resolutions and effective team planning to organize installation activities in time. Coordination between engineering and quality for product issues. Coordination with field team for guidance over various technologies and learning Development of Dealer Service capabilities for field service to end user to avoid load. Payment follow up.

Basic Qualifications

(Essential qualifications, language, driving licence etc)

Engineer with 10+ year of Experience with OEMs handling Corp Customers and Team of 5/6 peoples Knowledge of Liquid Ring Pumps and Centrifugal Blowers Multilingual will be additional advantage Valid Passport

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

50% travel and 50 % from Plant. Handling all field Service team and Customers.

 

Key Competencies

Absolute KEY skills needed for role

Negotiation Product knowledge of Liquid Ring Blowers and Centrifugal Blowers. Good personality to handle Corp Customers. Humble and pleasant in nature
