What We’re Looking For: We’re searching for a Service Manager who will be the driving force behind our teams, ensuring we deliver outstanding care and educational outcomes while fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care

Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain one)

First Aid Certification, including asthma and anaphylaxis training

Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)

Proven leadership experience in early childhood education, including team management, operations, budgeting, and resource allocation

Strong understanding of Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations

Excellent communication skills to build relationships with families, staff, regulatory bodies, and the wider community

A collaborative approach to leadership, with a focus on building strong, positive relationships
 

Desirable Skills:

Experience in a leadership role such as Service Manager or Centre Director

Experience with financial planning and budgeting

Familiarity with management software for reporting, communication, and operations
