Role: Mobilization Manager-FIFO
Role Summary/Purpose
The Mobilization Manager will lead and orchestrate all startup components of the locomotives Maintenance Service Agreement (MSA), ensuring contractual obligations are met and service operations excel. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams to establish essential frameworks, processes, and procedures for successful locomotive service operations. As a key member of the customer-facing leadership team, this individual must demonstrate strong influence across multiple business functions.
This role will be based in Guinea near the port of Morebaya on a rotational basis (FIFO) of 60 days on and 15 days off. The operation is 24/7 running two 12-hour shifts. Accommodation will be provided at the maintenance facility. Mobilization and demobilization air and land transportation will be provided by Wabtec.
This role will be eligible for an assignment allowance.

Post Graduate Degree in a Technical discipline from an accredited College or University.Minimum of 5 years in rail or similar industryExperience, willingness, and ability to work in shop environment and to work various shifts on various days as required.Demonstrated understanding of Wabtec or GE Locomotives.Experience in maintenance agreement setup, preferrable in a rail or similar industryStrong leadership and Interpersonal skillsAbility to interface with different levels of internal and external customers.Proven Project management experience. PMP or similar accreditation will be an added advantageFluent in English and Mandarin.Desired Characteristics
