Job Description
We are reinforcing our team at our location in Spain, South Region. (Residence in Alicante/ Murcia/ Valencia area.)
The Service & Network specialist will provide technical assistance to distributors, wholesalers, garages, [pro]Tech+ associates and ZF service point network PC, coordinating technical visits and training on full product range, supporting sales department and ZF [pro]Tech concept, being an active part in potential [pro]Tech+ candidates acquisition and coordinate and communicate with external and internal customers to solve claims in a proper way following the procedures and tools defined by ZF. In addition will deliver Technical Support to Tech PC queries in Customer Competence Center, solving and proceeding to register all the received claims through Salesforce and Helpdesk Ticket System. Also, will register the customer visits and Technical Support visits (distributors, workshops, [pro]Tech+) through ZF designated systems (Salesforce “Smart Report”).
