Job Description

We are reinforcing our team at our location in Spain, South Region. (Residence in Alicante/ Murcia/ Valencia area.)

 

The Service & Network specialist will provide technical assistance to distributors, wholesalers, garages, [pro]Tech+ associates and ZF service point network PC, coordinating technical visits and training on full product range, supporting sales department and ZF [pro]Tech concept, being an active part in potential [pro]Tech+ candidates acquisition and coordinate and communicate with external and internal customers to solve claims in a proper way following the procedures and tools defined by ZF. In addition will deliver Technical Support to Tech PC queries in Customer Competence Center, solving and proceeding to register all the received claims through Salesforce and Helpdesk Ticket System. Also, will register the customer visits and Technical Support visits (distributors, workshops, [pro]Tech+) through ZF designated systems (Salesforce “Smart Report”).

What you can look forward to as Service & Network Specialist:

Organizing and delivering training courses to independent aftermarket customers in South Spain Visiting [pro]Tech+ workshops regularly to solve technical claims, support their needs, and promote retention & loyalty Providing phone/mail technical support and registering cases in Salesforce Attending and supporting fairs, including stand preparation and customer reception Providing 2nd level support to sales, COM, Marketing, and Product Management Updating department monthly activity reports Registering customer visits and technical assistance in Salesforce Maintaining and updating the PC technical forum in MS Teams Work Environment: 40% in the office, 60% outside the office (average), with occasional weekend work (fairs, customer events, etc.)

Your profile as Service & Network Specialist:

Degree in car mechanics/electronics or equivalent qualification 2-3 years of automotive experience in a technical field or 5 years of practical work experience in vehicle repair & diagnostics Proficient in spoken and written English and Spanish Proficient in MS Office and vehicle diagnosis tools Ability to develop and deliver training to individuals and groups Good technical vehicle knowledge (PC, LCV) Good communication and presentation skills Complaint handling and conflict management skills Problem-solving and analysis skills
