Our client, a leader in the Utility Industry, is seeking a Tech Business Analyst Staff to join their team. As a Tech Business Analyst Staff, you will be part of the IT Service Management department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Tech Business Analyst Staff
**Location: Columbus, OH (Remote)**
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead the development effort to implement approved solutions in the CMDB and its related modules.
+ Provide oversight and guidance of the end-to-end process for CMDB management.
+ Collaborate with ITIL Service Operations process owners and stakeholders to implement best practices.
+ Design and develop Configuration Item life cycle processes for effective management of CI data.
+ Ensure the CMDB supports other ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
**What's Needed?**
+ 4+ years of CMDB management experience, including ITIL/ITSM process ownership.
+ 4+ years of experience in collaborating with stakeholders to capture CMDB requirements.
+ Strong knowledge of process design, development, and support.
+ Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in CMDB and related functionalities.
+ Proven experience in managing enterprise-class continual IT process improvement initiatives.
