The ideal candidate will have over five years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, demonstrating technical proficiency in customization, complex integration, and implementation of the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module. This role requires strong leadership abilities to guide and mentor junior team members while ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects
