As a Global Service Operation PMO, you will coordinate service support to our Digital Printing Presses around the world, using and developing information system, reporting methodologies and perform required analysis of service data.
You will create interpersonal relations with vast functions in the company – PL, R&D, Service and more
Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain onsite WW Support tool to manage service missions
Be the Indigo service travel coordinator : Manage travel budget , work closely with travel agents, admins, and managers , maintain the latest Travel guides / Travel Policy , train new supporters with travel guideline and policy , handle peak season and exhibitions periods
Develop and Maintain Support Reports / Dashboards
Be the PMO of programs in the service organization
Create, maintain, and share results of customers surveys
Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly analysis and reports
Initiate training for specific technical activities per need
Manage and purchase supporters equipment
Education & Experience required :
BSc in industrial engineering and management – A must
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, under pressure to deliver
Fluent English (written and spoken) - must. Other languages - advantage
Experience in strategy, business, and marketing research/analytics - an advantage
