\n\nBachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field\nProficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Tableau, DOMO) and data visualization principles.\nProficient in SQL and R or Python, as well as advanced Excel functions\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to investigate underlying issues and independently propose solutions.\nA customer-focused mindset, prioritizing the needs and goals of internal teams.\nExperience presenting insights and strategies to Director-level stakeholders.\nProven ability to engage with executive level stakeholders to align on and influence business strategy.\nCommitment to creating and scaling efficient processes across teams.\nExperience managing large, complex projects with significant impact on the organization.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.\nAbility to influence company-wide data governance strategies and lead the development of best practices for scalable reporting solutions.\nExpertise in strategizing the architecture of data backends and report development while effectively resourcing the team based on their strengths.\nStrong coding skills; proficiency in SQL and R or Python, along with advanced Excel capabilities.\nCapable of reviewing and providing constructive feedback on SQL queries. \n\nWhat You Should Know About This Team
