Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.At least 10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Service Operations, Cloud Operations, Project Management.A customer-centric mindset with a strong understanding of user experience.Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.Desired Characteristics
Experience in deploying and managing various cloud services.Proven success in developing or implementing on-premises, hybrid, or cloud strategies and solutions.Proficient in scripting and automation tools.Familiarity with design patterns, HL7, and other integration standards is preferred.Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently; demonstrated capability in leading programs/projects.Skilled in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs with established project management expertise.Experience working in a global environment.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide creative solutions.Excellent organizational, communication, and technical skills.For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $148,000.00-$222,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
