**Job Description Summary**
The Service Operations Director is pivotal in crafting and executing strategies to improve the customer experience for digital solutions. This role involves managing the delivery of remote services, coordinating cross-functional resources to ensure successful implementation, and providing lifecycle support for a growing customer base across on-premise, hybrid, and cloud-based solutions. The Service Operations Director will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to align strategies, solutions, and operations with the organization's objectives.
**Job Description**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and implement a customer service strategy for on-premise, hybrid, and cloud-based digital solutions to provide a seamless customer experience.
+ Lead, motivate, and develop a team of remote services personnel; Monitor team performance, design and develop solutions to optimize performance and scalability and establish corrective action plans as needed.
+ Monitor remote services performance, system performance, and scalability metrics to identify and achieve service improvement goals.
+ Analyze customer feedback and other data sources to create customer-centric solutions; Manage customer service processes, including complaint and dispute resolution.
+ Design remote service operations processes and leverage LEAN methodology for continuous improvement.
+ Collaborate with project managers and process leaders to ensure compliance with standards, continuous development of people and processes, and effective management of budget and resources.
+ Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services; Stay informed of industry trends and new technologies, promote cloud services, and recommend solutions to enhance user experience.
+ Use high-level judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks in operations, technology, or engineering; Assess the quality of information provided and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders, offering new solutions to problems outside of set parameters.
+ Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and complexity.
+ Communicate complex concepts effectively and influence others' opinions on specific topics, guiding them to consider different perspectives.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
+ At least 10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Service Operations, Cloud Operations, Project Management.
+ A customer-centric mindset with a strong understanding of user experience.
+ Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
**Desired Characteristics**
+ Experience in deploying and managing various cloud services.
+ Proven success in developing or implementing on-premises, hybrid, or cloud strategies and solutions.
+ Proficient in scripting and automation tools.
+ Familiarity with design patterns, HL7, and other integration standards is preferred.
+ Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently; demonstrated capability in leading programs/projects.
+ Skilled in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs with established project management expertise.
+ Experience working in a global environment.
+ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide creative solutions.
For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $148,000.00-$222,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
