This role involves collaborating with management and technical teams to support business growth and drive digital transformation. Key responsibilities include revenue recognition, financial analysis, budgeting, performance measurement, and preparing financial presentations for global and domestic management. The position offers exposure to financial processes, reporting tools, and end-to-end service operations, providing opportunities for growth, process improvement, and efficiency enhancements in a dynamic and exciting environment. **How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)** + Provide expert analysis and evaluations on financial,accounting, cost, and trend reports to improve the results of the organization. + Perform financial planning, forecasting, controlling, andbudget consolidation, including top-down and bottom-up plans, proceed withrevolving midterm planning, and ensure compliance with Siemens Energy FinancialReporting Guidelines and IFRS requirements. + Ensures monthly project estimate updates, works withoperations to resolve and correct estimates, and enforces company revenuerecognition policy. + Collaborate with Service Operations counterparts and assistwith the training as needed on procedures that impact accounting and finance. + Supports the development and execution of digitalizationinitiatives within Services Operations, encompassing financial analysis,planning, forecasting, controlling, and budget consolidation for both top-downand bottom-up plans. + Perform ad hoc analyses and develop reusable businessanalytics using digital tools, contributing to management decision-making andsupporting special initiatives. **What You Bring (requirements)** + BA/BS Degree or higher required in Accounting, Finance, ora related field is required + 5-8 years of broad Accounting/Finance experience + Highly proficient in SAP with knowledge of digitalanalytical tools such as Alteryx and Tableau + Proven knowledge in project implementation, contract ororder administration, and construction accounting principles, and priorexperience in commercial operations including Field Service,Repair/Manufacturing, Hardware. + Strong financial competence, analytical skills, and digitalliteracy coupled with a history of cross-functional collaboration withinOperations and Finance, demonstrating leadership skills, professional judgmentand problem-solving capabilities to address sophisticated challenges. + Outstanding verbal and written communication skills inEnglish, enabling effective interactions with customers, staff, and all levelsof management. + Applicants must also be legally authorized for employmentin the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsoredwork authorization.
