KONE has an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Service Operations Manager to join our Senior leadership team in Adelaide, South Australia.
You will lead and coach a team to reach the Service Operational targets and objectives. In this role you are also responsible for driving the specific business change initiatives, ensuring business realisation and promoting a customer centricity and service mindset.
What will you be doing?
Field Operations:
Accountable for safety of employees and end-users, ensuring safety is a mindset without any compromises.Responsible for high level of customer satisfaction in the regionAccountable for developing the team, ensuring their motivation, continuous development and achievement against regional targetsCoaching the team to be customer service and result orientedCreating and developing business plans including budget planning and budget control across the regionManagement of Supervisors regarding maintenance planning of all their staff regarding PPE & statutory safety guidelinesContinuous improvement of the work processes, including Technical Safety Inspection, Emergency service processesSales:
Responsible for sales in the Service sector of the region, monitoring sales results including a continuous analysis and coordination of deliverySecuring and extending the existing maintenance portfolio, pricing and profitability of KONEResponsible for high level of ongoing customer satisfaction in the region and ensuring that customers are updated in advance about up-coming maintenance schedulesResponsible for handover from Installation to Maintenance processParticipate in Service Management meetings at a National levelAre you the one?
4-years’ experience in running a service operations team in a similar role in the Vertical Transport/ Construction Industry desiredBachelor’s degree or a strong Electrical/ Mechanical background desiredSolid knowledge of service maintenance methods in the elevator Industry desiredStrong business acumen and understanding of the Market and customer needsExperienced in reporting and must have an analytical mindsetWide knowledge of Service contracts and their managementProven experience in maintaining a quarterly and yearly budgetExcellent Customer Relationship management skillsProactive approach with the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders in a matrix organisationAdvanced proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, Excel and Word, PowerPointWhat do we offer?
