Your role and responsibilitiesAs the Service Operations Manager, you will be fully accountable for managing day-to-day operations and exceeding customer expectations through lean, flawless operational execution (Care, Customer, Cost, Cash). Additionally, this position includes a commercial, customer-facing business responsibility, ensuring that you are directly involved in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.You will join a highly skilled team in an exceptional workplace that values flexibility and trusts in your abilities. Your role will involve ensuring your team delivers first-class service on the installed base and maintaining smooth back-office operations. You will also be responsible for ensuring a safe work environment and continuous improvement in HSE processes and integrity performance.We will provide the necessary training to enable you to tackle tasks based on your existing experience. The position is based in Middelfart, with travel required to meet customers on a regular basis.Your responsibilities:• Create, implement, and review the operations strategy for the designated area, based on the overall service business strategy and is accountable for its relentless execution.• Ensure customer focus, understanding of sense of urgency and care in their direct area of responsibility.• Ensure customer retention by delivering superior customer service experience.• Drive improvement of the customer satisfaction relentlessly.• Accountable for effectively balancing the existing capacity with customer demand and workload.• Drive continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements to achieve service excellence and increase profitability in their own area of responsibility.
Qualifications for the roleAn education such as engineer, electrical technician, electrician or similar Some years' experience with managing and motivating a team of service engineers Great desire to learn new things - general curiosity about new things Ability to learn and navigate in various systems Good English and Danish skills, written and oral
