The Role\: Service Order Management Team Leader
This position is for future opportunities with Schneider. We are actively recruiting and interviewing for future positions in Field Services to help us unlock further commercial value for our business.
What will you do?
· Monitoring Team performance and ensuring that the utilization of the team is being maximized.
· Reporting the Team's monthly accomplishment
· Setting annual goals and ensuring that the team’s development goal is aligned with the team’s career progression
· Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
· Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training
· Encourages team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
· Ensures and promotes the development of the management team/succession planning through coaching, training, and leadership development.
· Review's analysis of performance including financial and productivity data for the area and make the appropriate changes in strategies, goals, and objectives responding to current status and conditions
