Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Owner for Finance Masterdata to lead the design and development of end-to-end lifecycle roadmaps and ensure the effective and efficient delivery of services. The ideal candidate will manage a team of dedicated internal experts and external suppliers and collaborate with various departments to enhance our Finance Masterdata ecosystem.The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Corporate Finance Function and is part of the Finance IS Domain and Corporate Finance.You will be mainly accountable for:-\tLead the teams supporting SAP CFIN, SLT, BTP, BASIS, and ABAP solutions for the Finance function.-\tDesign, implement, and maintain the framework to deliver services on time, within budget, and in line with customer expectations.-\tManage business customer expectations and serve as the escalation point for severe problems.-\tCreate and manage Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Operational Level Agreements (OLA).-\tEnsure compliance with corporate IS policies, internal regulations, and external legislation.-\tManage multiple third-party global vendor contracts to assure high service quality and optimize costs.-\tSupport the Finance Transformation Program and ensure smooth transition to the revamped operating model.-\tPlan, design, and deploy system version upgrades for CFIN, SLT, BTP, and SAC.

Qualifications for the role

-\tBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in FICO, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CFIN are preferred.-\tMinimum 3 years in a similar management position and 10+ years of overall experience in ERP delivery/operations/management with demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams.-\tDeep understanding of Finance processes (AP, AR, Treasury). Strong experience with Central Finance (CFIN), SAP modules, and cross-functional system integration.-\tAbility to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on Finance process optimization and automation.-\tExcellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration. Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.-\tProven project management capabilities, including managing multiple priorities, deliverables, and deadlines. A strong focus on continuous improvement and automation, with a passion for driving innovation within enterprise systems.-\tExperience managing relationships with external vendors and third-party service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.-\tHands on experienced in managing $15M+ budgets (licenses, services and employees)
