The Service Partner Program Manager is responsible for developing, overseeing, and managing partnerships with service providers, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance service delivery, increase efficiency, and drive customer satisfaction through robust partner programs.
Key Responsibilities:
•\tDevelop and implement a strategic service partner program aligned with organizational goals.
•\tIdentify and evaluate potential service partners.
•\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with partners.
•\tServe as the main contact for partners, addressing inquiries and issues.
•\tEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner performance.
•\tAnalyze performance data to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
•\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated services.
•\tCoordinate partner training to improve service standards.
•\tEnsure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
•\tIdentify and mitigate program risks.
•\tGather and analyze feedback for service improvement.
•\tImplement enhancements based on feedback and market trends.
Must Haves:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
•Minimum of 3 years experience in partner management, channel management, or program management.
•Proven experience in managing partnerships
•Strong project management and organizational skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
•Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and performance measurement.
•Proficient in using CRM tools and project management software.
