Job Description

Service Partner Specialist – Bogotá o Ciudad de Panamá

Drive excellence in customer service and technical support. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will lead the strategic delivery of pre and post-sales services and support to distributors. You will be responsible for managing key relationships with distributors and authorized service providers to enhance service performance and customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring high-quality customer service and technical support within Hispanic region.

Your role:

Oversee the relationship with Philips manufactory and distributors for service and spare parts management, ensuring operational efficiency.

Supervise and manage distributors and authorized service providers for customer service delivery activities, including service partners.

Lead the resolution of technical escalations and provide training to distributors to improve technical expertise and service quality.

Monitor service KPIs, analyze operational processes, and identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery.

Manage the dispatch and billing process of parts from factory to distributors/clusters, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

You're the right fit if:

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Physiotherapy, Business Administration or similar field of study.

You have min 5 years of experience with customer service, operational efficiency and customer experience, ideally having managed partner/distributor’s relation.

You are fluent in English and possess strong customer-focused problem-solving skills. Communication, empathy, active listening and time management are a few of the soft skills required for this role.

You excel in account management and have a proven track record of delivering results in a service-oriented role.

You are adept at managing relationships with multiple stakeholders and driving process improvements.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Bogotá o Ciudad de Panamá.
