**Job Description**
The Service Parts Sales Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional & timely customer support to our internal and external customers. They will provide in-house and in-field technical assistance to customers in the identification and order placement of paid service and/or spare parts in support of installed Bosch Rexroth AT products. The specialist will provide customer consultation for assembly, service and maintenance of Bosch Rexroth AT products.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
_Spare Parts Functions (50%):_
+ Determine and recommend suitable service parts for customer installations.
+ Prepare and publish recommended service parts list and related price and delivery proposals.
+ Perform sales order input and coordination of customer service parts orders.
+ Generate spare part quotes using SAP, MTPro, & other tools
+ Quote spare part requests for new systems (concurrent with delivery of new systems)
+ Support requests (domestic & global) for legacy conveyor systems & legacy modules
_Technical Support Functions (50%):_
+ First point of contact for technical support, spare requests, spare part troubleshooting
+ Vmail, email, chat
+ Take “cradle to grave” ownership for all spare part requests
+ Support new part setup process – incl defining pricing, change status codes, reactivation of legacy parts as needed
+ Support product obsolescence/end-of-life. Tasks include re-direct PO’s to replacement (if one exists), coordinate changes to status codes, remove planning parameters, populate replacement notes fields, etc.
+ Maintain SAP MM03 service field for all current and new parts
+ Generate spare part reporting as needed by Tech Service Supervisor & Leadership
+ Coordinate service activities between sales (direct and indirect) and Service dept.
+ Travel required as necessary- average 20-25%
+ Participate in departmental and divisional trainings and meetings as required
+ Other varied tasks as so directed
**Qualifications**
Basic Requirements
+ High School diploma/GED
+ Minimum of 2 years technical experience
+ Valid driver’s license (requirement for travel)
+ Exceptional interpersonal communication (written/verbal) skills
+ Ability to work autonomously
+ Strong organization/prioritization skills
Preferred Requirements
+ 3+ years of Bosch Rexroth transport conveyor product knowledge and applications
+ Comprehensive product knowledge of the AT transport conveyor products
+ Computer system knowledge (MS Office, SAP, CRM systems)
